Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• What is your return policy?
• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
• Do I have to pay for return shipping?
• Yes, the customer is generally responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a replacement or a full refund.
• How long does a refund take?
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 7–10 business days.
• Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
• Yes. The easiest way to exchange is to follow the return process for the item you don't want and place a separate new order for the item you prefer.
